Assistant Human Resources Manager (Business Partner & Talent Acquisition)

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with department managers to provide professional HR services in manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention;
  • Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment processes, including but not limited to sourcing candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, preparing job offers and on-boarding processes;
  • Prepare regular analysis related to hiring effectiveness and headcount monitoring for management review;
  • Support ad hoc job projects and tasks assigned from time to time.
 
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • 8 - 10 years’ relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory role;
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels;
  • Mature, highly self-motivated and able to work independently;
  • Proficient in MS Applications, Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills required;
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese.
